Checking was a breeze. The person who checked us in, Lindsey, was so super nice and very helpful. She provided all the amenities information, pool hours, breakfast hours, she even offered if we wanted a later checkout but I said no 11:00 is fine.

Staff service was excellent. Friendly, available, prompt, and flexible. Breakfast was good. The place was decent. My rooms door was chipped away so someone can unlock it with the likes of a credit card. I switched rooms. Everything else about the stay was ok.

The check in clerk was very nice. Price was decent. Breakfast was meh. No warm water for shower in the morning When I said something to the check out clerk she just said "ok". I told her it was inconvenient not being able to shower, she said "yeah" Not great customer service at all! and got no shower :(

The staff were very friendy and helpful. The hotel needs new carpeting and updates everywhere. The breakfast was good and staff kept it stocked. The pool area was clean. Gym is the size of a closet. 5 stars for staff, and 2 stars for dated and worn out accomodations.

Room was very clean. Pool area looked inviting but I forgot to pack my suit. Waffle machine for breakfast, hard boiled eggs and biscuits and gravy. I enjoyed a waffle.
