「Good breakfast selections and spacious room.」

「The facility is in the middle of a very high crime area. I didn’t feel safe at all. The room was an upgrade because my original room had no A/C. The upgraded room reeked of smoke and marijuana. There was even reminence of some marijuana on the floor near the bathroom. The sheets were not clean so I slept on top of the bed with street clothes on. It was a very bad experience but I guess you get what you pay for. The price was reasonable a that’s why I had booked it. The room needs to be...

「Clean room and very comfortable.」

「Poor management, rude staff, 2-3 hours late checking, torn carpet in our room, front door almost impossible to close and open, very noisy drunk visitors left free to enjoy their parties even after midnight. Staff just pretend they care. Nothing done to remedy any of the problems. This looks like a cheap motel not like good brand hotel. Shame for Marriott!」

「This property needs a massive upgrade, not a paint over. The paint in the rooms is sagging and bubbling up, there was rust coming from the bathtub drain, the railing on the porch was so rusted that it didn’t connect at points. The shuttle bus was out of service so a minivan was offered. We pulled back the cover to find dirty sheets and slept on top of the covers. We couldn’t wait to leave. This hotel hurts the Holiday Inn brand. 」

「Great location, friendly staff and clean room. Only small negative is the AC probably needs updating, we were there in March, no way the AC will keep up in the summer. Overall a good place for the price, will definitely come back.」
