Staff great! facility clean, breakfast at beastro good. Room had a defective heating unit. Had to cut off in middle of night due to loud vibrating intermittent noise. Reported to staff who said they would fix. The room was accessible to people with hearing loss. Staff informed me that the information was in my Expedia File and popped up when reservation was made. I updated my Expedia information with the correction. Will ck later to confirm.
