"It’s a very busy hotel especially during summer and during Hollywood Bowl events. Overall the property is clean and the staff, are all so sweet and helpful. The one thing I had an issue with, was the fact that the hotel has a nice pool area but not enough chairs to lay or sit at and they have a lot of open space and it’s summertime and so many people were at the pool and had nowhere to sit so a lot of people were leaving or putting towels on the ground to try n tan but who wants to lay on hot cement with a thin towel? Not us!! They refused to put more out so I left. By the time they got back to me (next day) I had checked out, but regardless of that, I enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again on my return to Hollywood "
"The beds were so comfortable clean and the room always had a fresh scent. I’m picky about hotel shampoos and these smelled really good, the staff was always on top of assisting without being asked. There is a lot of close nice restaurants, there’s a beautiful amazing authentic french bakery right down the walkway less than two minutes away. The other dining options were only about 5-15 minute walk as well as Chinatown, and Little Tokyo. Location of this hotel is perfect for everything."
