"wasn't happy about how expensive the stay is, plus have to pay a $35 fee per day, (credited $18 if used on their bar, coffee or upstairs bar). Great location if you need to go to the convention or crypto but too expensive for the experience!!"

"Wonderful except that all restaurants were closed for construction while we were there and the heated pool was cold. Beautiful city views with wall to wall windows, very clean, friendly staff, good vip perks."

"This properties location was great. So much at walking distance. Loved having a 711 across the street to grab snacks during our trip. We watched a comedy show at the theater which was walking distance as well. The hotel itself is very modern, I was a bit nervous with taking our 10, 9, and 7 year old but it was honestly fine. They loved the pool and were able to swim and be happy. I was nervous if people or the staff would complain about kids being kids and having fun but no, they let them play and others swam with them. The only complaint was parking was so expensive, basically another nights stay! But what made it better was the staff all there were quick and polite. I would most likely to stay there again. "

The location is absolutely perfect—especially if you’re visiting Universal Studios. It’s just a short walk, which made our trip so convenient and stress-free. After a long day, it was such a blessing to come back to a clean, comfortable room with beautiful views. The rooms were well-kept, cozy, and provided everything we needed to relax. I also appreciated how peaceful the atmosphere was—it felt like a little retreat even though we were so close to all the excitement. Overall, this stay was such a great experience, and I would definitely come back again. If you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and excellent service, I highly recommend the Sheraton Universal!"

"Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was very nice and clean. The pool is next to the freeway, down a set of stairs. It is very nice, has good seating, however it is below the dumpsters for the kitchen and the lids for the dumpster were open and hanging over the lounge chair area. We were concerned we'd end up under a bag of trash while laying out."
