「I stayed for 13 nights, Housekeeping service is a hit and miss. I brought my own blanket so sometimes they fold it and sometimes they just leave on the bed without touching it. The telephones are dusty not well kept, as for the toilet Q-Tip buds sometimes they will not replaced with new ones until you asked for it. Towels are over all clean and nice. the hostess at the salt restaurant wasn’t very helpful. The outside patio was mostly empty, the view is nice especially under the good...

「Front Desk Staff lack Hospitality. Unfriend, Rude and non helpful. I was never told upon check in about complimentary breakfast which I paid for where it was held . Also, when asked , if there was coffee available , I was told.. ummmm, In your room. I love this hotel and location, but the staff needs some manners. Now, I know and wont have to bother them again. 「The property was perfect - We really enjoyed the restaurant and the amazing food along with the amentias offered bikes etc.. The rooms were spacious and clean - great location as well.」

「The Staff is excellent. The Location is great, too. Few minutes access to grocery stores, Trader Joe’s, and my dining spots serving Chinese, Thai, Mediterranian, Mexican, American, Italian, Health Food, Vegan—all within walking distance. A Walgreens is just down the street should you want to buy your own toiletries. Also, bus transportation is just a couple of minutes away should you wish to explore that way. The Best Location!」

「convenient location, great facilities with gym, pool and a pool table. However, the hotel staff can be more helpful.」

「Nice stay, not much more you can ask for a hotel nearby the airport」

「The experience wasn't horrible. Just an old hotel near the LAX. nothing stood out except for its location.」
