"The check-in process was amazing and they even allowed us an early check-in when we got into town sooner than expected. Access and directions to the location were easy to follow. Area was decorated and well maintained and in such an amazing location towards the beach. I would definitely recommend this place for small groups that are traveling together."

"Staff and spirit of hospitality are in constant supply at Centric. Emerson's service for our birthday party made it perfect. He was patient and anticipated each guest's desires. He helped me feel like I was a great hostess! Manager looked for ways to help us feel at home. Location is convenient and rooms have great orientations towards the ocean and city - not far from beach - far enough to enjoy utterly quiet sleep hours. Nice facilities. Bar and food offerings are well prepared. Good for pleasure and working visits for me."

"The Kinney Hotel was exactly what we wanted - simple, clean, spacious, with secure parking. The room had everything we needed and felt really comfortable. The standout however was definitely the location - it is right off of Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Overall it was a really positive experience and I'd definitely consider coming back when visiting Los Angeles. "

"Okay for the price since it was one of the cheapest options around. The lady in the office was super nice and showed us around. Though I do wish someone was available to check us out at 7am or at least a clear drop box for the key. We had to leave key and parking passes inside the room and leave it unlocked. The rooms are definitely old and need updating. The bathroom door would not stay all the way closed and wouldn’t open all the way. We could only find two wall plugs that weren’t occupied, behind the bed and in the bathroom and the one behind the bed was very lose and barely held my plug. The rooms are not soundproof at all. We could hear so much noise from the room next to us coming and going. Pretty limited parking but we were lucky enough to find space. "
