"Nice and close to the airport. Great size room. Very comfortable bed and a very clean hotel. Only issue I found is that the shower took close to 5 minutes before warm water came out. Maybe that's because it was 6AM. Anyway, not a big deal, I just left it running until it warmed up. Other than that though, staff were great. Bistro downstairs had some tasty food. Free shuttle was a bonus, but it was very busy and both there and back we had to wait for the 2nd shuttle. Overall I would definitely recommend."

"We called for a free shuttle ride from TBIT terminal and they sent a small van that couldn’t hold all bags and riders. The driver didn’t ask who had been waiting longest so we ended up waiting 1 hour in total. The shuttle had a window lever that would vibrate annoyingly. Our AC also didn’t work so they downgraded us from a King Pool area to just plain King room but didn’t give us a credit for the difference (I checked later and they said there is no difference but there was). They did give me a free Diet Pepsi at my request for the hassle. Otherwise the room was fine. The rug going to rooms is hard to push luggage on. The bathroom in the replacement room has a leak on the water adjustment knob but was otherwise functional. The staff beyond the issues were friendly. I found the assistant manager (can’t remember name) to be fantastic. Not the greatest experience but not my most horrible one either."

"Free breakfast buffet - average. Our studio suite was spacious. We didn't get the walk-in shower. You have to pay for water, drink, and snacks in the room. The bed is too soft to support my back. "

"Everything was fabulous - staff, hotel, shuttle driver. Would have received 5 stars but the shuttle that needed to pick us up from the airport part was a tad confusing. You had to call the shuttle to be picked up. It was a dispatch that takes the call but never said what shuttle to look for. We got on Sonesta shuttle but not Sonesta Select. We were brought to the wrong Sonesta. So at 11 PM we were exhausted, couldn’t get back to the airport or brought to the correct Sonesta by the Sonesta shuttle we were on. Had to call an Uber to be brought to the correct hotel. My suggestion is that your dispatch says to watch for the shuttle marked Sonesta Select"
