「The TV in the room was working, and the pool was open and available on time. However, the gym was not accessible during my stay. Overall, it was an okay experience. The room itself was decent, but there was an unpleasant smell when entering the hotel.」

「The lobby of the hotel had the weirdest smell. After day 2 of a four day trip. I realized it was cats. They have one kept behind the counter and it smell bad BUT the rooms are clean and does not smell like cats at all. So unless you plan on hanging out in the lobby no problem. Good location. Clean pool good price 」

「Perfect location - across the street from the streetcar station, walking distance to Bourbon St, east end of the French Quarter. Nice for a family, since it has bedrooms, instead of just one room with beds. We 100% plan to stay again. 」

「My family of 3 stayed here on spring break. It's a fantastic location in the French Quarter and French Toast restaurant made a great breakfast. It's inside the hotel. 」

「We have stayed here several times before and always love staying here! Everything is always clean and they have great amenities! This time we were in an adjoining room on the inner courtyard, the people above us were very loud and noisy all night (no fault of the Inn). Then the rude people in the adjacent room must've left early and left some sort of alarm going off for 2 hours early in the morning and kept us up, but shout out to the staff, I called to report it and they came quickly to...

「Very helpful and attentive staff..quiet area, but internal noise was an issue. Loud guests and the stairs ahould be carpeted for noise reduction. Bring ear plugs! No elevator, nice spacious comfy rooms. Was close to all the action and shops and restaurants. 」

The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
