「Amazing hotel. I will definitely be booking here anytime I come to Milwaukee. Very clean, spacious, and well decorated. Beautiful windows & high ceilings, great amenities. Would have liked to know the fridge is communal but it wasn’t a problem whatsoever. More breakfast options would be nice too for those with certain food restrictions. Overall wonderful stay」

「Room was good, but housekeeping lacked cleanliness coffee station was not replenished on day 2, we called the front desk twice and no one came up. it would have been nice to have a coffee in the morning」

「The hotel was great for our trip, found the location to be convenient and within walking distance to many good places. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The shower could use more pressure and the TV should be adjustable so the angle from the bed is not uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker as we didn't come to Milwaukee to watch TV. Breakfast and coffee were not hot enough either, but it served the purpose the first day when we needed to get going pretty early. The biggest issue we had is...

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Checking in was fine, front desk guy was nice enough. Looking around could tell hotel was not kept up well, little dirty looking EVERYWHERE. Got into our room and my daughter said I don't like it. The smell was UNBAREABLE. Everywhere we looked was gross. We could not even set our bags down. I went back to the front desk to ask for a different room and there were no rooms available. I handed over my key, we could NOT stay there. I would take this hotel off your listing. I am hopeful for a refund.」
