Next day no new coffee , cups or cream were provided and we had to ask for them 2 times. The hotel should have in room coffee machines and service them without being asked. Roof top bar was wonderful and the bar tenders in the main restaurant were awesome,」

「Loved the room! The room had a sitting area with a sectional that was a sofa bed. The staff was excellent and shared with my wife and I gems to visit in the city. Customer service at its BEST! My Complimentary breakfast was decent enough to hold you over until lunch. I will recommend Hyatt Place to family and friends and we will make it our future hotel preference. 」

「DO NOT STAY HERE. Someone broke into our room, flooded the bathroom sink, and the hotel charged me $250 while refusing to return my calls. On 5/15 left our room with the do not disturb sign on the door. When we returned, our belongings had clearly been moved around and the toilet paper was soaked. I called for replacements and was told our room had flooded because we “left the sink on” and that we’d be charged $150. 「Our room was large, as it was a handicap accessible room and worked well. Lots or electrical outlets. The only shortcomings were that the TP was awful. I always anticipate this and carry my own Charmin on every trip. Secondly, the waffle making station should be moved off the rest of the breakfast bar. Placing it on a separate counter solves two major issues. 1] The people are not held up by waffle makers and 2] syrup is not tracked about the room. I have visited other hotels that have put the...
