「橋景景觀很好，最初只給我二樓，要問才給高層，雖然是全統裝修，一般也可以，只是房內沒有雪櫃有點可惜。」

「Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops including M&S. Would definitely stay again. 」

「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」

「Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. 」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「It’s an absolute gem , very clean big place with exceptionally friendly professional efficient staff . Great gym and spectacular swimming pool . Steam room and sauna are great too. We were very lucky as we were given an upgrade ! Iam forever grateful to all the lovely staff for making our stay as one of the best hotel we had stayed 」

「I have stayed in many mid tier hotels in central London. My stay at Brit hotel was a nice room, quiet, and well kept. Staff is very helpful. Room was spotless. Shower worked (yes, you'd think it would be a given, but many central London hotels seem to be full of leaking showers). Room was quiet, not much room-next-door noise.. And as a builder/creator, I always notice things like trim and moulding, the way pipes fit together, or leaky tiles in bathroom floors. Can't help myself. This place was...
