「This is a beautiful hotel! It’s new and very clean and is in a prime location. You are literally right at the Romford train station on the Elizabeth Line. You can also walk outside and be walking distance to shops, restaurants and even a shopping center. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom mirror had the lights behind it and not above it so it was like putting my makeup on in the dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!」

「I have stayed in many mid tier hotels in central London. My stay at Brit hotel was a nice room, quiet, and well kept. Staff is very helpful. Room was spotless. Shower worked (yes, you'd think it would be a given, but many central London hotels seem to be full of leaking showers). Room was quiet, not much room-next-door noise..
