「Our room, two double beds, was well appointed with hair dryer, coffee/tea maker and steamer. The air conditioning worked great and was appreciated on the usually hot weekend we visited. Sam, the front desk manager, was friendly, knowledgeable and overall delightful. Always a greeting or wave when we entered or left the building. And lastly, SUPER close to Tower of London. Literally minutes away. Highly recommend.」

「We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms. 「Room is very comfortable, the hotel is located in a place that is very near to an underground station. Convenient to go to different places. Staff are very nice and helpful. 」

「Nice location and good sized room. Clean. Took off a star as the lighting in the room and bathroom was not great, and there was sometimes a weird smell coming from the drains (I think). It has air conditioning, which was essential when I was there.」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「Some random thoughts: 1) Someone's hair easily spotted all over the bathroom's white walls when we checked in. Told front desk ( later with photos taken at the scene when repeated requests to clean them were futile ) as well as left notes to housekeeping yet the strands were never removed. 2) No green tea sachets and was bluntly told " we don't have green tea ". This is Marriott! 3) Telly not working properly and later fixed; cracked walls along doorframes with paint worn off. 4) Housekeeping...

「Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Wapping station, Sainsbury's local opposite, pub was nice too. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Perfect for us to stop over for the night & would definitely stay again. Thank you!」
