"Great location next to Tower Hill station and near the Tower Bridge. Rooms look pretty new still and spacious. Breakfast was the same everyday, but still good overall. The room also had a washer/dryer so that was convenient for my family. Definitely recommend!"
"I arrived early for check in hoping to just be able to leave my bag but after a quick check, I was told my room was ready. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and explained everything I needed to know.
The room was clean, a sufficient size for me and very comfortable - the air conditioning was particularly welcome. The toiletries in the bathroom were pleasant (a nice surprise to have conditioner included) and the tea tray (and biscuits) and the water bottles in the fridge were replenished daily. All in all, I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay."

"Great staff, nice restaurant/bar, great location.
Unfortunately our room (#723) was right up against the elevator shaft, and we could hear banging elevator sounds throughout our stay. Hotel was full otherwise we would’ve asked for another room. Overall, would stay again!"
