「We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and our room was very clean, smelled good, and had great bedding and linens. The staff were friendly and quiet. The hotel felt warm and inviting and we looked forward to leaving the hotel and being a short stroll to the river. This hotel feels far from some of the other sites but it was a welcome retreat for us annd felt safe to walk to even later in the evening. It was easy to grab bus or subways a short distance away as well. 」

「The Shangri-La at The Shard in London, staying in a room with an iconic view, offers a clear vista of the Tower Bridge and various important landmarks. The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. 「太棒的住宿體驗！飯店新穎、設計風格絕佳。如果是要在倫敦旅遊2日以上的人一定要選這家，方便洗烘衣物、提供的餐點內容也很豐富，我們自己做了晚餐、早餐，在高物價的倫敦，有飯店提供這些自助的設備資源是很重要的事。（唯一能改善的是能改用木鏟炒菜會更好，平底鍋都刮傷了XD）」

Mini bar is complimentary and all staff in particular Katia is considerate, friendly and willing to offer advice on transportation and attractions. Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
