"Great location, impeccably clean with friendly, helpful staff. The added bonus of the cinema makes this our go to London hotel now as it’s very useful on wet days or just to relax for a bit. We didn’t have to time to use the spa but definitely will make time on our next trip. "
"Great space, nice aesthetics, and many eco-friendly details throughout. The room and bathroom were huge and very comfortable. Conveniently located. We didn’t get to try the Lampery which is attached to the hotel, but it seemed charming and something to do next time we visit."

The staff was welcoming. Thank for stuff to pack breakfast on the go for us we had tour booked early but they went extra step and had breakfast packed for us at 5 am. "

The staff was also wonderful. They checked on tube and train times for us to get to the airport, and since we had to leave really early and we were going to miss our included breakfast, they packed us a breakfast to go. Absolutely wonderful experience—would DEFINITELY stay there again! "
