「Location is great and the rooms are all modern, spotless and comfortable. The beds are huge and incredibly comfortable. The reception staff are lovely, really friendly and very helpful and the pantry area for snacks and emergency items is a great idea. If I had one piece of feedback it would just be that it would be useful to have some instructions for things like the aircon and boiling water tap but I would definitely stay there again. 」

Das Apartment war sauber, modern eingerichtet und insgesamt genau wie beschrieben. Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass es trotz der zentralen Lage ziemlich ruhig war. 「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms. However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there...
