「The property was spotless and well decorated Off road parking was good Prompt repayment of deposit However We were sent the wrong entry code which was frustrating but there was prompt comms through text to get us in We marked the amenities down because it needs more glasses tumblers and mugs Finally confirmation that ID and deposit had been received would have been good」

「Good size room, very comfy bed. Staff friendly but somewhat convoluted online check in. Water pressure was low but sufficient. Sadly no breakfast on offer currently as place is being refurbished. But in spite of the issues, I will be back when I'm in the area and see what it's like after the refurb is complete.」

「It's an ok hotel if you are visiting Excel for an event but the hotel needs a make over and especially the public area is worn down. My room was ok and the restaurant was ok too. There is nothing else in the area so I recommend Excel north where there are more restaurants.」
