Good room, comfy bed, lots of parking and a friendly staff, but no restaurant and free breakfast was very limited, but definitely better than nothing. Would stay again if in the area but would grab food from a supermarket or somewhere else on the way, as there's not much nearby.

Bed linen was spotless and general cleanliness of room was good. Windows were dirty and in the en-suite the back of the toilet seat and the surrounds of the toilet were in need of a good clean. Just generally needs more care taken

This hotel was empty which probably reflected it's location.state and facilities. My partner did not feel safe but had only booked for one night decided to endure it. Having used Hotels.com many times I just felt this hotel was not to the standard we have come to expect.

Comfortable but tired

Comfortable bed and pleasant & helpful staff but room looked a bit tired with stains on the carpet and marks on the wall. Restaurant menu quite limited. A bit dated overall.

Was greated by a friendly, helpful lady. Went to our room that was a good size and very spacious, it was clean but i must say it looks very tired and needs updating, such a shame because it was stunning when it was first done when i attended a couple of weddings. The evening porter was very pleasant and sorted our continentaL breakfast out that was quiet poor. We never ended up getting much sleep due to the bed being very creaky evey time you made a slight move. I dont want to be negative but as i said it does need updating. On the other hand our stay was ok and very close to the function we was attending.

Wipe your feet on the way out!!

The gentleman at check-in and breakfast was really good and friendly. Other than that the experience was not a good one, the hotel is in need of an overhaul in the rooms. Had to move rooms due to the generator for the air-conditioning system downstairs emitting a thudding sound (similar to a helicopter taking off) in the bedroom. Both rooms I was in need of a thoroughly good clean, the carpets and curtains had all sorts of marks on them

Being in the middle of nowhere has some pluses like a very quiet and relaxing surroundings. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Strong A.

Good old Berwick Manor Hotel!

Great hotel tucked away in the beautiful Rainham countryside. staff are excellent and very accommodating. Food is good, but a little limited. Breakfast is lovely. Just wish more attention payed to floors, fixings etc
