「Good and Bad….The GOOD WAS staff were very nice and the location for us perfect,the breakfast excellent. The BAD… The BAD it’s the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in a hotel anywhere. We could barely fit in and we are not big people. There was nowhere to hang a towel shelf or ledge in the shower to put any soap or shampoo on. Nowhere to put our case on to unpack and most of all no aircon on what were the hottest few days of the year. There was a Fan which helped a little. But the size of the room...

「My wife and I took a vacation to London from Atlantic Canada and were trying to sort out our best hotel options. - pro: train station is next to the hotel (but can't hear it in the hotel) on the Elizabeth Line which is a major line connecting to most major lines. A ride to the hotel from City Center is close to 40 minutes, but Elizabeth Line is nice. - store beneath the store malls about 5 minutes away. - a morning flight, will be over $200 Canadian by Uber or Taxi. 「The room was super comfortable. But there was a cold spell! When I asked for more heat they responded immediately and I was given an electric heater that worked great. Very much appreciated. The walls are thin and noise in adjacent rooms or above is pretty loud. try for a top floor room or in the back!」

「Hotel was in a quiet location with la lot of parking. Its a large hotel but was lacking in guests. Thre is nowhere to get an an evening meal. Breakfast simple but adequate. The room was large but it was very hot, the window sash was broken and Lthough a fan was provided it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom was ok but the heated towel rail could not be switched off and therefore far to hot!. Wr did visit during exceptionally hot weather.」
