「Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. 「網上已付全數房費，出發前也跟酒店溝通好到達時間，但到埗後付過按金後，才被告知沒有房間，首晩被安排到離車站步行約20分鐘的另一間酒店，該酒店門外掛著的房間比我們預定的價格便宜約30%，該酒店位置偏僻、陰暗，門外公園有很多露宿者，早餐地點沒有保安，早餐時更被黑人瘋子騷擾。」

「Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...
