If your rooms at the front of the hotel you're gonna have to put up with listening to the traffic all day and night. And even though the cooked breakfast is free, I wouldn't serve it to a dog. But the continental breakfast is absolutely fine. And the staff are great and really friendly.

I like the size of this room. There was enough space to move around comfortably and place all belongings. The housekeeping staff is excellent. The breakfast was plentiful, but mid. The location is near public transportation. There is evening dining and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with food for dinner and breakfast! I would say the only complaint that we had was the parking outside. If you pay before you go inside you will pay significantly more than if you go inside. There's no signage that says it's cheaper if you go inside and there is no refund.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Parking was excellent, as were the rooms and breakfast. The staff at this hotel are the highlight, as they were super helpful whenever we asked something of them. I will stay here again.

Staff were all very super helpful and friendly. Claire made our stay very special, her kindness and attention to customer service was the best I have experienced in a very long time anywhere. A great place to stay for a short break, clean rooms, comfortable beds, unlimited breakfast. Good value for money, 15 min walk to bus services from road behind hotel to station and shopping centre. I would definitely stay here again.
