"The communication was inconsistent. They make promises they dont keep - like grocery orders they forget to purchase, and pantry access for more toilet paper that you can't access. Instead they changed my room access code due to "miscommunication". The floor was filthy, it turned my white socks actually black, and the room was suffocatingly hot. The price was equal to a decent hotel in a much nicer area, but I booked it for the convenience of a washer/dryer. That machine was a nightmare that...

"Great space and location"

"Really clean and modern. Great kitchen (but no oil, etc.) with a new dishwasher and clothes washer (both worked great). Two bathrooms and two bedrooms - fantastic! Conveniently located to all the sites and train/tube stations, but fairly quiet. The only downside to this room is the lack of a common area to sit around and commune with your party. The kitchen worked, but is really only big enough for about three people. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat"
