「I stayed in one of the basement flats for three nights. The size of the room is good for one person, maybe a couple but that would be pushing it. The bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom toilet seat is broken and comes off completely. The shower has extremely low water pressure if you’re looking to take a hot shower. Half of the water drains out of the end of the hose that attaches the shower head. The water gets everywhere, the shower door doesn’t do much to block the water from getting...

「I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。 」

「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」

「The location is perfect, restaurants, shops closeby and bus no. 11 will take you to tourist spots i.e. Big Ben, House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey (where Prince William & Kate Middleton got married). It will also take you to Waterloo East Underground Subway which one stop away to London Bridge & Tower Bridge. Will definitely stay again.」
