「We booked to stay for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The chalet was clean and had everything we needed. We needed to arrive quite late and this was accomodated really well. The only downside was that the chalet was really warm, but we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we revisit the area.」

「Amazing themed rooms, very clean m with crisp white cotton sheets, and very comfy bed and pillows. Powerful shower and fluffy towels. Breakfast choice was amazing, cooked to order , very hot and tasty. Staff could not have been more helpful, requested more tea and milk sachets, bought to our room with 5 mins and asked if we would prefer fresh milk! Lady serving breakfast was lovely, very helpful and friendly Definitely stay here again 」

「Our stay at the Mount Edgcumbe was genuinely exceptional. My wife wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and the manager and staff showed such warmth and care — nothing was ever too much trouble. 「I stayed two night's at the Russell Hotel. Absolutely no complaints, staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable accommodation. The building itself is old and quaint, within easy walking distance from the town centre. My room was at the very top of the building, my stay was during a heatwave, the hotel doesn't have aircon so the room was very hot, so sleep was difficult.
