「Owner was easy to contact and fast to respond. House is beautiful and we felt very safe. Very spacious. Close enough to walk into town and to access The Tube. 」

For us, it was perfect except for one thing we didn’t check before booking. It has no Wi-Fi. This is a deal breaker for us, and we won’t stay again until this is offered in the house.」

「The check-in process was abysmal! The code for keybox didn't work, and no one responded to my emails. When someone finally answered the phone, they couldn't provide a code that worked either. It took an entire hour before we could access the property. The house itself is nice in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. The wifi doesn't work very well in the lounge. We could only get the TV working sometimes. I would suggest the owner reviews their hosting company options.」
