「Great location next to Tower of London with plenty to of food options. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The washer/dryer in unit made it very convenient to do laundry and the staff made sure to refill the laundry detergent for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the price showed on Expedia website was deceiving. The pricing has always been in USD for us when booking hotels, but when we arrived we were told the amount is actually in British pounds.
