「This is a beautiful hotel! It’s new and very clean and is in a prime location. You are literally right at the Romford train station on the Elizabeth Line. You can also walk outside and be walking distance to shops, restaurants and even a shopping center. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom mirror had the lights behind it and not above it so it was like putting my makeup on in the dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!」

「Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate.
