「Great service, clean and tidy room even with a dishwasher, well equipped kitchenette」

「I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—they patiently answered all my questions and assisted with any issues I had, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The location is also excellent, with easy access to both the Underground and train stations, making it very convenient to get around. In addition, there is a large shopping mall nearby along with many great restaurants, which made dining and shopping very enjoyable. Overall, I would...

「The room is good. The breakfast is normal and the coffee is not included in the breakfast menu, need to order additionally.」

「早餐每天都一樣，建議可多些變化」

「Overall, the room is clean and comfortable except the outdoor environment is very dirty.」

I was given a place in an alternative place on the same street, which was similar to the booked place but had no wifi (broken, I think) and it was very noisy...

「We had not seen reviews of the property, and so went on photos and geographic location alone. We stayed there because it allowed to get back and forth to an athletic competition along the Central Line east of London. It turned out this property was much more convenient to the Central Line than we had even anticipated. Also immediately adjacent to the 69 bus route to the Stratford Station and adjacent mall. And, it is right above a Tesco's Express. Beds were comfortable and the...
