「I wish the room had a window that could open And my room wasn’t fully clean when I went in. There was an unfolded or used towel in the washroom. Generally it was clean but I wish it was better asthetically. Outside the cigarette butts all over the grounds was atrocious. The staff at the beefeater restaurant was rude to me and gave me a dirty tea cup for tea.」

「The room is horrible they didn’t fix the ceiling and full of the smell of weed and there is hole on the wall the sofa is dirty and stained . I would like to ask for the refund . 」

「No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
