「good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that」

「If you want a luxury hotel at an affordable price this is the best hotel in London to go to. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Front desk staff was great and the whole staff was nice. They go over and beyond which isn’t something I am used to. Afternoon tea was amazing there. Location is right near the Tube station and near a lot of attractions.」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. 「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」

「Rommservice staff at midnight was extremley rude」
