"Car park opposite was a good rate & free overnight. Check in quick & friendly. Not a problem for me but stairs to room really steep so maybe an issue for others. Room clean, plenty of towels, comfy bed. When I spotted earplugs I worried it would be noisy, not at all. I slept with the window open & didn’t stir all night (without earplugs) Train line opposite but only a very slight rumble that’s all. Few minutes walk from Seven Kings station into London. Overall a great stay & would stay again if in the area."

"Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the service that was provided and what I had paid for and should be compensated."

"Great stay this hotel is perfectly situated next to Romford Station, the rooms are modern, clean and simplistic but effective in design. This is deal if you just need a place to sleep but doesn't have space to work. Its a modern walk in shower (none of the old bath in shower), slow release toilet seat, sensible sized open bin, great water pressure and temperature and 4 pillows on the bed. Wifi was strong, food was nice and reasonably priced. Its a perfect hotel for overnight stays or a few nights if you need the basic amenities. "
