「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「The room was clean and nice. The a/c went out on my first night there. The light control was a different switch every night. The steakhouse and Italian places aren’t open all week but those two restaurants had delicious food. Not much to see or do resort-wise. When you walk to the back of the property that’s it. No where to walk and see the beauty of the property, two pools right between the 4 restaurants that they have so if you prefer everything close this is your spot. I thought the room...
