"The room was nice and clean and the staff was amazing, especially Francesca the entertainer. The downside was the buffet, the food was not good. The restaurants were better, but make sure to make reservations upon arrival. The beach had sargassum on some days but the resorts do a good job of cleaning. The water temperature is perfect for the weather. The alcoholic drinks were not great. Make sure to take care of the beach towels because people tend to steal and if you lose them twice you will be charged."

Our experience was made absolutely seamless and unforgettable thanks to our incredible butler, Norielis. From day one, she went above and beyond for us. Coordinating dining for three separate families can be a challenge, but Norielis managed to get us all tables together on our very first night, and she successfully ensured we dined together every single evening of our stay. She also secured a large table for our entire group at the Chic Cabaret & Restaurant show, which was a phenomenal experience that everyone in our party absolutely loved. Norielis’s attention to detail, warmth, and dedication represent the very best of TRS Turquesa. If you get the chance to work with her, you are in the best hands!"
