「The resort is really big and have amazing views but it takes a long time to get anywhere in the resort, we got lost everyday that we were here. There’s also no hot water, no ac , power off during dinner time two days straight ,the staff is very rude, specially when you don’t speak Spanish and you are Asian. the only one thing is good about this resort is our room assistant named Oliver. He helped me set up for my girlfriend’s birthday, booked dinner reservations and delayed our check out time...

「Staff were most helpful and the amenities were good. Transport to and from the property is problematic with taxi drivers trying to take advantage of you. Best to insist on using an Uber even if staff say it is difficult.」
