"We had an incredible stay at TRS Turquesa celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The property was spotless, well maintained, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The highlight was the exceptional butler service. Our butler, Noriellis, went above and beyond—handling reservations, coordinating spa appointments, answering questions quickly, and ensuring every detail was perfect. She made us feel like VIPs. The thoughtful touches, including recognizing our anniversary at Chic Cabaret and decorating our room, made our celebration even more special. We loved our couples massage and spa day at Zentropia. It was relaxing, beautiful, and well worth it. Our swim-up room was fantastic, especially the jetted tub. We also enjoyed the adults-only atmosphere, beautiful beach, private pool, and access to the Grand Palladium resorts. The standout dining experience was Chic Cabaret. The entertainment, service, and food exceeded expectations. The private beach dinner was romantic for the setting, though the meal itself was just okay. Room service and buffets were average, so we recommend focusing on specialty dining. If you’re celebrating something special, take advantage of the butler service, spa, Chic Cabaret, and unique resort experiences. Those moments truly made our trip unforgettable. Thank you, TRS Turquesa, for helping us celebrate 15 wonderful years of marriage!"

"The spaces were very neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned daily. Only a ge very minor details which were fixed by staff immediately. Would definitely return and recommend!"
