Very good hotel !! They just need to work on the food a little but other than that it was excellent!!!

Between food and water issues it was hard to enjoy this vacation. The staff, for the most part in the restaurants and bars were the highlight. The sales scheme and facilities being under construction with very poor communication overall was really what broke the hole week.

This hotel was amazing, the staff were very friendly and informative. Rosa & Randy did an amazing job and made my stay welcoming & fun. The food was amazing and drinks were made very well. The Asian restaurant Tao Cat was my favorite it was very good. Don’t forget to reserve dinner as soon as you get there for all of your nights. There were multiple pools and it was super clean. We also had access to other side of the hotel and the nightclub dj played a variety of music. Overall an amazing stay and I will definitely return.

Rooms are clean, Staff is friendly and helpful. First day when you walk in there is people in the lobby showing interest to help you but the only thing they want from you is to sell you a membership for “Exclusive Travelers Rewards”. The presentation takes 4 to 5 hours and the membership cost 100k for Infinity, 50k for Platinum and 20k for gold. A complete waste of time.
