"Staff was really nice and friendly and helpful! Depending on where you face it can be really loud bc of the highway. Windows aren’t soundproofed very well. Parking ranges from about $28-$30 a night, and some of the parking is off sight in a garage. We didn’t know this would happen, so we are lucky we didn’t have a luggage topper attached to our vehicle. Free breakfast, dinner and 3 cocktails per adult was a nice benefit to equal out the cost of parking. The pool isn’t as big as you might think, so consider this when you have kids. If MO kids are on break it is BUSY and crowded. I would have liked better housekeeping during our stay, but otherwise it was a good stay for the price. "

"There are a couple fast-food restaurants nearby. There is a grocery store almost across the street, I walked to it. The room had a small fridge and microwave and since I was trying to save money and calories, I bought food at the grocery store and made my meals in the room. However, I did see a full kitchen that you may be able to use in the common area as well. "

"The staff at the front desk was always friendly and provided extra linen quickly when requested. "

"We had a double queen room and one bed didn’t have a comforter. We checked in with 4 adults but only had 3 towels in the bathroom. On the second day we asked for a comforter for the second bed and extra towels and then never received them. Elevators are a pain in the behind also. We did love all of the artwork though. "

"The property was nice but dated. There were not enough outlets, sink faucet not attached, awful room spray, only 1 of 4 elevators working with a very busy hotel makes for 10+ minute waits. QR codes on the room menus did not work so it was difficult to order food or even know what was offered. Plenty of staff and those interacted with were very kind. "

"Welcomes pets but toilet was not cleaned thoroughly and the room had a light odor that was not pleasant. The refrigerator in the room did not work so my beverages never got cold. However, the staff was super welcoming, friendly and professional. Also, parking was horrible and far and to top it off I had to pay $44 per day for SELF PARKING. I will not be staying here again."
