「This place is wonderful. The staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. There is beautiful decor, a paved walking trail around a small lake out back, a spacious, clean room, and a great shower. In the fitness room are treadmills with a program workout that makes it look like you're hiking a National Park trail. I love it! The hot tub and pool are relaxing and just right. We felt safe. The location is just off the freeway, but far enough away to be quiet. Yes, it's our favorite place in the KC...

「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「Overall speaking, this hotel is good. The worst part was the 2 breakfast boxes we purchased. We found the cheese & egg sandwiches were moldy terribly until we almost finished them. That was really GROSS! But the airport shuttle bus service was AWESOME. 」

「The motel was great. We had breakfast at Sujo and our waitress was was loud and more worried about a couple in the corner than any of her other tables. She was training and we heard her reprimanding another waitress right next to our table and then blaming the training for table order delay at several tables not just the fact that she was talking to that corner table the whole hour we were there. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable breakfast 」
