"Definitely worth being on the 12th floor just be careful the door handles can be jiggly but the views are awesome the restaurant downstairs by the lobby was great service was awesome was easy to accommodate as long as we gave them a heads up considering our flight was two hour delayed they made sure our rooms were secured"

I called ahead to state we would arrive late and the staff were very accommodating and noted our delayed arrival for the next staff coming on duty. Greeted with a warm smile when we finally arrived. They also provided free transportation to our ship the next morning. 😀👍"
