"Best indoor pool at any hotel I've stayed at. Not cold at all. Room was great, staff was great, and we loved the indoor forest with the little waterfall and stream. I wish all the hotels I stay at were this good."

They gave us 2 other rooms to check to see if we wanted to stay in one of them instead but they weren’t any better. The staff were very nice but this place needs to be completely overhauled. I have to emphasize again how great the staff were, I felt bad complaining because they were so nice. This property really needs to do better. "
