"The room was a bit dirty with a used bar of soap left in the shower. By 5pm on Sunday housekeeping hadn’t made up our room so we decided to skip it."

"I’ve stayed at this locations several times and have never had any issues but this time we different and disappointing. To start off when I checked into the room the first thing I did was go to the bathroom and instantly in the bathroom there’s already pee and tissue in the toilet. This isn’t something I want to see coming into a supposed to be clean room. That made me wonder is the housekeep used the bathroom and didn’t bother to clean it or flush after or if they just didn’t clean after the last guest that checked out. Next off and on all night we had to deal with hearing a barking dog next door. When I checked in I was never told I’d be next door to someone with a dog near was I given the option because I would have asked to move if I would have been told that ahead of time. Now this dog was barking so loud we could hear it through the walls and this was off and on all night. When I asked the staff why wasn’t I made aware of it of asked if I was ok with it I got no response and just a blank look. Now I’m at work tired because I had to deal with being up off and on all night because of the dog. Normally I love this hotel and have no complaints but I’ll be for sure staying at a different hotel next time"

"Spent a wonderful weekend at Potawatomi Casino and Hotel. The entire staff was polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious- we were on the 19th floor. The location was close to everything- American Family Field, great restaurants, etc... The casino had so many slot machines and was non-smoking! Will definitely return..."

"We arrived at three in the morning to staff that was waiting for us, which was very nice. I didn’t have to wake anybody up. The room was great the bed as usual. Excellent we just love the beds at Holiday Inn express. Where we were missing a trash can in the room, but we dealt with that. Woke up to their breakfast, which is always great. We just love their pancake machine. The hotel was essentially located in the middle of everything much closer to places we needed to go then we thought it was gonna be had a great weekend."

"All the staff was very friendly but Anthony stood out to us. He heard our son was going to tour the bucks stadium and talked to him about it. My son went back to the hotel after his tour and was so ready to tell him all about it. Anthony had the day off and he can't wait to go back some day for a game and stay at the same hotel to tell him all about it."

"I'd forever stay at the Drury when visiting Milwaukee! My husband and I visited for a long weekend. The hotel is very conveniently located downtown, we parked at the hotel and pretty much walked everywhere from there (even though when we did drive somewhere, it was SO easy to navigate compared to like, Chicago). Upon arrival, I believe her name was along the lines of Rosalia? but she was very kind and helpful and explained everything very well. The hotel was extremely clean and rooms were quite spacious! The pool and hot tub area was very well kept up with as well. My two favorite aspects of this stay was that I always felt safe and the included breakfast. You have to use your key card to get into certain doors, in the elevator, etc. so I felt very secure! My favorite "fun" aspects was the breakfast included. There were many options including oatmeal, Mediterranean style eggs, fresh tortillas and pancakes, and a waffle maker! There were so many options - although I do with there was possibly another protein options as only breakfast sausage and eggs were available that morning :) Overall, I would highly recommend this stay if you are looking in the downtown area!"

"We recently stayed at the Marriott Downtown Milwaukee and had a great experience. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Our room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future."
