「Booked this hotel because we had a blackout in our area overnight. 5 minutes after I booked, the lights came on at home. I called both the hotel and Expedia to cancel. The hotel didn’t answer and Expedia said they will take care of it so I get refunded in full. Days later, I get an email that says they couldn’t reach the hotel and even though I didn’t stay and promptly cancelled they would not refund me.
