「I know there are a lot of mosquitoes there. If I can burn some mosquitoes, I will give more. I know it is difficult. In addition, the door lock leading to the beach is broken. When I went out, the staff told me that I could come back if I had the room card. Later, I found that the room card could not be recognized. I wandered around for a long time and could not get back to the hotel. This experience was not good.」

「There seemed to be a constant issue with the elevators throughout our stay and we had to wait more than an hour during Sunday checkout for the bellhop to get our bags and bring them down to the lobby. Also apparently the service elevators haven’t been working so even the hotel staff was frustrated having to fight for space with guests. Based on what I’ve seen in reviews this has been an ongoing issue. If you can be patient with that then everything else about the hotel is great.」

「Amazing hotel, beautiful and clean room. Also, it was huge. But the real thing was the view. The ocean was right in front of us. Staff speak English but prefer Spanish, which is not a big deal. We had a perfect vacation at this hotel! 」
