"This is a great place to stay. We loved it. It is clean and beautiful and for us it was very conveniently located for our needs. The TVs/Streaming services in our unit were really poor. Constantly buffering, constantly being interrupted. This was frustrating. As well, no local stations were available and no live TV options. The other constructive comment would be that more towels are needed. Towels should be provided at pool area and certainly in the gym."

"Very disappointing stay due to AC issues and poor handling of the problem. From the first day, I reported that the AC was not properly cooling the bedroom. The living room eventually became cold, which showed that I had the AC set correctly, but the bedroom vent provided little to no cold air. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that I wasn’t following the AC instructions correctly. I tried calling several times to explain the issue, but my calls were ignored.
