"Property manager provided excellent help during check in and check out.
He went out of the way to call taxis whenever we were not able to get the Grab taxis. Not only that, he also drove us to the airport when our grab car cancelled and we were getting late for the flight. It was a delightful stay."

"When i walked in the receptionist, Trang, greeted me and made my check-in seamless& quick. When i asked about getting something to eat for the evening she informed me the hotel could order pizza and have it delivered. We had a slight language barrier, but she walked me through the menu & helped me order. When the order came she delivered it to my room. She also helped me forward money to a person from whom i had purchased gifts to take home. Her commitment to customer satisfaction was superb. The room was clean and almost sparkling. One of the best hotel accommodations i have had for a long time and at a very reasonable price. I would most definitely stay there again!"
