「This hotel likely had not been stayed at in at least a year. The owner was also not aware we were coming after we had made the Expedia booking. He was very kind and made it work, but this hotel, as well as the entire neighborhood around it, is completely run down and looks as if the town was shut down a decade ago. I was having difficult finding the correct location with several taxi drivers… The owner of the hotel kept asking me if the hotel fee was fully paid. I continued to say “yes”. She said it should one bed. But I said I paid for two beds. She finally gave me two bed but without balcony and with a small room. I paid about 130 USD for the smelly and tiny room.
