"Excellent hotel, we all enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and very stylish. The shower in particular is amazing, really good water pressure. Pool on the roof is small but lovely and has jet bubbles, there is also a bar next to it which is open in the afternoons. The location is excellent, close to lots of cafes, restaurants, shopping, convenience stores and pharmacies. The buffet breakfast is varied and tasty, as well as having menu items available to order. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond - when they saw we were heading out for a day trip they quickly put together a bag with fruit and water for us to take with us, and same when they saw we were leaving early for the airport, brought us a bag with drip coffee filters and coffee to make at the airport. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi. "

"服务非常非常好，尤其是楼下的接待，她非常细心耐心地介绍信息，这是我在中国从未遇到过的。位置就在还剑湖旁边，非常方便，同时距离最繁华的街道也就四五十米，闹中取静。房间总体比较安静，因为就在还剑湖旁边，周末还能听到外面的噪音，但晚上10点以后基本就安静了。餐厅很棒，服务也很好，苏利，风景也很美。推荐。"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hanoian Central Hotel because of the excellent service provided. I would like to specially commend Elsa for her wonderful customer service and helpfulness. While waiting for our room she went through the neighborhood map and pointed out the sites to see within walking distance. She booked for us a beautiful day trip Ha Long Bay. She also prepared hats for day tour, will ask you whether you need umbrella on raining day and will also recommend a lot of local foods to go. She made the whole trip of Hanoi better "

"這次旅行挑飯店時，這家是其中一間心儀的，剛巧這平台有優惠，果斷敲定。選的一房一廳有露台房型，空間寬敞，完全能滿足需求，洗手間和浴室的面積甚至和睡房不相上下，著實讓人驚喜。 考慮到是生日旅行，便聯絡飯店，詢問能否換成望湖景的房間。沒想到飯店回覆超迅速，不僅爽快答應，還主動問我需不需要生日房間佈置，甚至貼心詢問是否需要機場接送(付費)服務。 雖然接送費用比別處高，我婉拒了，但這份主動和熱情，當時讓我心裡暖乎乎的，滿心期待著入住那天的驚喜。 終於等到入住，推開門的期待，瞬間被失望取代。 所謂的生日佈置，不過是地上隨意堆放著一堆雜亂的氣球，有些都已經漏氣了，看上去十分敷衍。心裡難免有些失落，事已至此，也不好再多說什麼。 在飯店住了五天，雖說距離舊城區開車得 20 分鐘左右，但這也是我特意的選擇。之前在網路上看到不少人說， 老城區雖便利，可惜日夜噪音不斷。親身經歷過河內司機不管什麼狀況都愛按喇叭後，我更堅定了選西湖區這家稍遠酒店的決心。遠離喧囂，換來安靜的住宿環境，也算是一種取捨吧。"
