「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. 「This property has amazing customer services. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. They have an indoor and outdoor bar, and they offer guest credits daily during the stay. The only issue is that this is a pet friendly hotel and some areas had a slight pet smell. Not a dirty or unclean smell, just a pet smell, but not loud and profound. I would pick it again though.」

「The staff were extremely nice and helpful . The hotel is on the older side and can use some upgrading !!!! The pool and swim up bar is cool . It’s ridiculous the time the pool closes especially considering how expensive the stay is !!! I purchased a drink from the inside bar it was $15 and taste like juice !!!! 「Clean room, nice atmosphere and great customer service. Yara makes the best Piña Colada drinks. Can’t wait to go back!」

「The ocean view is outstanding, offering a truly unique overlooking perspective of the beach. However, the overall experience was fairly average, and the breakfast selection was not very extensive. 」

「Habitación limpia, personal muy amable」

「The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and very professional. The breakfast was fresh, well-cooked, and everything was fresh. The only problem was the side area of he hotel because the water from Laguna was overflowing the street. The valet parking employees were very professional and helpful.」
