"Hotel was clean, staff was great, great mix of eateries nearby. My suggestions would be to have more vending machine varieties and small wash cloths in the room. We didn’t realize London hotels don’t do wash cloths, otherwise we would have brought our own. Maybe need to add that to your webpage."

"I got the small room because I only needed it for just the night. The room was very clean, functional, affordable, the staff were kind, polite and friendly. I absolutely enjoyed my stay, worth the money and I will definitely be staying here again."

"The location and lobby of this hotel were fantastic. The doorman was so incredibly friendly and helpful (wish I could recall his name). The bars and restaurants were great. However, the room itself was tired. Carpet needed to be replaced, furniture was worn, very few plugs in the room, etc. The bathroom was large but the shower was tiny, and the tile needed a deep cleaning, or replacing. The room was relatively quiet, which was nice. Housecleaning needed to be a little more consistent. Found a candy bar in the chair, someone else’s soap in the shower, and they were inconsistent with leaving caffeinated coffee. Bed was comfortable. Room service food quality after midnight was atrocious (jet lag). The chicken on the Caesar salad was grey, and the lettuce was wilted. "
