"Very good for the price. Booked a double room with private bathroom. Both room and bathroom were small but served the purpose very well. No towels provided , £5 to rent a towel, so take your towels with you. No lift , you have to walk up n down stairs, if carrying heavy luggage this can be a problem. Room was clean, toilet paper provided. Overall the place was clean. Didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Check out is early compared to other places but late check out its an extra £5 per hour for max 2hrs. After that you have to pay for a full day. I paid £85 for a double room for 2 nights with 2 extra hours. Compared to Premier Inn £500 for 2nights. Overall im happy . I would definitely stay again."

"Clean room, modern features, room was a little loud - like a loud shower sound about my room but I fell asleep anyway. "

"Spotlessly clean through out the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Reception staff, so very friendly and helpful. Concierge amazingly helpful. Stayed here often, many years ago and we are back and not going anywhere else."

"Breakfast v.good plenty of choice. Polite staff.Rooms clean but a little tired. Could do with an update particularly the bathroom. Bit of a wait checking in & room not ready at 15.00pm Be prepared to queue. Saying that the view from our room was great overlooking Tower Bridge."

"Well located hotel - close to Waterloo station and the south bank. The hotel itself was clean and staff helpful. The rooms were pleasant and I had a good view from one of the higher floors. I didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that. Would stay there again."

"Would not recommend this hotel. Firstly, on my second night the fire alarms went off 5 times all throughout the night and the hotel couldn't tell us anything, causing anxiety and stress, as well as no sleep. The hotel cleaning staff entered my room twice even though I had the do not disturb sign up. The room was not clean and I had a dried up contact lens left on the window sill when I arrive. I also emailed the hotel after the stay to query the fire alarms and had no response. 100% avoid"

"I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The did not seem to have been dusted, or vacuumed. The bathroom sink did not look to be cleaned and had what appeared to be makeup residue all over it. The soap dispensers were nearly empty. You are only given 2 bath towels and a tiny floor mat. The wall next to the bed appeared to have things smeared on the wall. There must be a night club attached to the building because you can hear and feel the bass of the music until 3AM. Even with ear plugs you can still hear the music and feel the vibrations."
