The bed is everythign you expect from a Hilton, and the fit/finish are wonderful. We have stayed a few times now and this is our home-from-home in London. The staff make it welcoming, and really care about their guests. And without doubt this is just about the best hotel breakfast we've ever had in London!"

Communication was timely and informative.
Location was great with the sounding area relatively quiet for central London.
The apartment was well layed out with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The addition of bag storage was a small but very helpful extra.
We were offered early check that really helped.
