"It was great, but not variety"

"Great location. Dark, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Nice view even though it wasn’t a room with a tower view. There was a problem with the toilet, we told staff and it was fixed straight away. No mini fridge in the room. No plug sockets/outlets next to the beds. Some of the furniture and fixtures were very worn and could do with replacing."

"Was assigned a room with disability. I feel this room shouldn’t be assigned to a normal guest. It makes the whole experience stay feels like a hospital stay."

"The staff at reception were awesome. I only stayed for one night and the room was clean, loved the hotel decor. I would love to go back and try the bar and restaurant."

"Avoid rooms on the ground floor in the old building. I have stayed in room numbers 003 and 006 on two separate visits in the past two months. They tell you at reception that they are nice and quiet but they’re not. Noise travels down from above as the floors are timber joist construction, not concrete. so you hear every movement in the rooms above. There is also a lot of street noise. "

"I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The did not seem to have been dusted, or vacuumed. The bathroom sink did not look to be cleaned and had what appeared to be makeup residue all over it. The soap dispensers were nearly empty. You are only given 2 bath towels and a tiny floor mat. The wall next to the bed appeared to have things smeared on the wall. There must be a night club attached to the building because you can hear and feel the bass of the music until 3AM. Even with ear plugs you can still hear the music and feel the vibrations."
