「Very friendly staff, convenient location.」

「I booked a deluxe suite and was assigned to a room on 8/F. The layout is so odd that one cannot really enjoy the space as the sofa and desk are located in a corner at the back of the room. The bed is slightly bigger than a single bed. The worst is the wardrobe, which is very run down and the condition is comparable to that of a very old motel. On day 2, the room started to have strong cigarette smell and did not go away as the ventilation in the room is no good. After I complained the hotel...

「Small room as expected, but nice amenities like French Press coffee maker, robe, and wonderful tub to soak in after an 8 hour flight from the States. Better than expected. Top marks.」

「The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. 」
