「Absolutely perfect stay. The staff are so friendly and kind, soon as we walked through the door we felt so welcomed. The lady on the front desk was so kind and gave us great recommendations. Our room was lovely we were upgraded and had plenty of space. The hotel was very quiet at night and we slept perfectly. In the morning we called and asked for the breakfast bag and it was quickly delivered, it was lovely to have a pastry in bed. The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff gave us...

「It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city.
